If you’ve already got some level of fitness that’s good. If you don’t, well you soon will. All shapes and sizes train with Dragons Fitness. We’ve got some super fit male and female clients, but the majority are all pretty normal really.

Will I lose weight and tone up?
As long as you train regularly, you can say goodbye to big bellies, and bums, just train a couple of times a week, and watch what you eat, which is a lot easier when enjoying your exercising.

What should I wear?
Most men wear a T-shirt, shorts and trainers. Most ladies wear a T-shirt and track suit bottoms or shorts and trainers.

Is all the equipment supplied?
Everything is supplied. Boxing gloves, Hand pads, dyno bands etc. Own Boxing gloves for sale at a small cost.
